However, this month I received Ultimate 16 Strain with only 3.2 billion CFU, which won’t work for me & I was charged for the one I was supposed to get. No problem. I sent it back & asked for the correct product. Couple days later I receive the wrong one again!

Great. Description was clear. To many similar times in the market. I liked that I could check into the ingredients with confidence. I gave it a 4 because I am not convinced it is an effective probiotic for me. The Jury in still out. Everybody’s body is different. Very much worth a try. I highly recommend this product.
