I’ve been using these for a while now, and I feel that they genuinely do make a difference to my overall health. In terms of what I wanted them to do, which is grow my hair and nails, I can see a massive difference in my nails which have gone from being brittle and flaking to strong and long (seriously, I actually get compliments on them!). My hair however doesn’t seem overly different, but it was massively damaged by years of hair dye so perhaps it was a bit too much of a task for the tablets to tackle.
