I was wary, but I tried it anyway. It could be a placebo, but I highly doubt it. I started taking it after getting HORRIFIC blood pressure readings during a scheduled visit to the VA back in September 2015. I did not wish to start blood pressure medication, so I found this and after reading the reviews I decided to give it a shot. The only side effect I have experienced is CONSISTENTLY LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE. Here it is now, nearly 5 months later and I have to say, the results are great for me. I have been using this supplement for years when I became borderline high blood pressure. In addition to water and walking, the combination has kept my blood pressure in check. I am very pleased.
**NOTE: I NEVER took nor DO I NOT TAKE any of the commonly doctor prescribed medications for high blood pressure.

Now, before you are “SOLD” on this supplement for BP, know that I made some major life changes that coincided with taking this supplement. Before taking BP MGMT, I was already doing some training with light weights as well as some lower intensity aerobic training for a total of 4 hours a week. So, this supplement may have the provided marked improvement in blood pressure. So, if you are able, it won’t hurt to get in some daily exercise and if you can, improve your food choices as well. Believe me, when you ditch the negative habits in combination with this supplement, you will probably be less dependent on some of the other commonly prescribed medication combinations that you may never be able to stop taking. I haven’t seen numbers in the 120 range in so long I can’t remember. Couldn’t be more pleased.
Having said all of this, the choice is yours. I resist pharmaceuticals with everything fiber of my being at every opportunity, but sometimes you have to take them when prescribed. But, if you are not a health daredevil like me, then CONSULT YOUR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS. I don’t take a lot of medications and I don’t suffer from allergies nor do I have bad allergic reactions, but some of you do.
