BENEFITS OF MICRONIZED CREATINE
- Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.
Previously called Pure Creatine.
Creatine Loading: For the first 5 days of use, take ±1 teaspoon 4 to 5 times daily with 250ml of your favourite protein/carbohydrate drink or grape juice.
Creatine Level Maintenance: After 5 consecutive days of loading, take ±1 teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily with 250ml of your favourite protein/carbohydrate drink or grape juice.
During loading and maintenance, one of the servings should be taken before and/or after training.
IMPORTANT: Remember to have at least 8-12 glasses of water per day.
Note that the beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily intake of at least 3g creatine, and when combined with high intensity exercise.
