Great for healing ulcers… This has been very effective at healing two stomach ulcers that I had. I use it in conjunction with Pyloricil which has bismuth in it — bismuth is a safe ingredient that kills h-pylori , a bacteria that causes ulcers… so the bismuth kills them and then the mastic gum soothes and repairs the lining of the stomach… highly recommended to use this combination together.
In the same vein i’ve also used marshmallow tea and capsules, slippery elm just chewed as a Kandy (thayers maple is tasty), DGL licorice (caramel flavor is delicious), and bladderwack which is kelp. IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE A ULCER OR GASTRITIS TRY THE MASTIC GUM FIRST YOU WILL BE SURPRISED. I AM SO GLAD WE FOUND THIS.
I was able to wean myself off of a very dangerous ulcer medication and used this combination of remedies as I tapered off it. If you are a blood type O like me, the stomach has higher acid content than other blood types and type O’s are prone to ulcers. Luckily with products like this, combined with other natural remedies 
and sensible eating, ulcers can be a thing of the past.
In addition, i also follow the blood type diet which has foods that are specific to your blood type …if you look at the type O recommended food list there are foods that are less acid causing and that are more easily digested by typos. Therefore, i recommend looking into this as well as it it has helped me a great deal with my health. (Eat Right for Your Blood Type Books). Similarly, another soothing thing for the stomach is to drink organic marshmallow and fenugreek tea with raw honey.
Wee Bee raw honey is the best I’ve found. So, i got rid of sugar and use only raw honey to sweeten things. After this, there is a big difference in my health and lost a lot of weight removing sugar, wheat and eating mostly organic foods.
I’ve used this product for many years now. Great for any stomach ailments. It did cure my ulcer several years ago.Not only had it worked against the gastritis, it also cured the ulcer. I’ve been living for already two years pain free. 
But as with any holistic medicine, take it carefully and listen to what your body tells you. From my own experience, it got worse before it got better.
