I take 3 of these in the morning, and 3 in the afternoon/evening along with L-Tyrosine, and have noticed a big improvement in my moods and productivity.

To reviewers saying it’s not potent: You won’t benefit from probiotics if your gut can’t utilize them. Try healing your gut with L-Glutamine for a month before taking probiotics. If they still don’t help, up your dosage. Because the idea here is to populate your gut with these wonderful bacteria. There are trillions of cells in your microbiome; one pill a day won’t get the job done.
Also, consider prebiotics. I’ve tried quite a few probiotic formulas, but this is the most robust offering. Worth the cost, especially the 3 pack kept on ice…brilliant! We keep our bottles in the fridge. By the way i did notice a difference if I skip a few days. Therefore i will continue to order!!
I don’t think there are many, if any, other Probiotics where value meets price so well. These are a bit expensive but some other brands are more expensive and less potent. I even have my boys, ages 11 and 9, on it daily.

This stuff is the bomb to keep your digestive system going smoothly. No allergy reactions to it and I am pretty sensitive to supplements. Can’t beat this stuff. Feel so much better.
