I have take GABA within a drinkable sleep aid and didn’t have any major issues but with these I have heavier eyes when I get up. Perhaps too strong for me but I do get a decent nights rest paired with ultimate ashwaganda. Overall, with those two together I can honestly say my anxiety has subsided.
