melon. However, i think Chromium Picolinate Supplement probably most effective. No problems using..slight adjustment to alpha lipoic, but ok after a day or two. I use a multi-vitamin 2x/week Sun and Thurs and take 1000mg fish oil at same time. However, i will continue to

My blood sugar has went down since I have been taking this and the Swanson Cinnamon Gymnema Mulberry Complex Capsules. Firstly, the doctor put me on Invokana daily and Bydureon shots once a week. I stayed sick, I had a respiratory infection for over three weeks, and after three rounds of antibiotics, so i decided to look up the side effects of my new medications.
