I like it.

I’ve taken LEF’s Optimized Ashwagandha supplement, a stand-alone one that contains a trademarked form of Ashwagandha known as Sensoril. Actually, I was on the point of reordering that product when I ran across this. Because i’ve found Ashwagandha to be very beneficial in terms of abating stress and anxiety.

Similarly, Sensoril is one of two trademarked extracts I’m aware of, and it is by far the most potent — many find it sedating (not a bad thing if you’re looking for help with insomnia, of course). So, this was the main draw for me. I like Bacopa too, but it’s definitely a “nice to have.” In fact i have noticed that when I do not take this for a few days, I do not have the energy… Therefore i Love it

In fact this product seems to be living up to its promise. Needless to say, I ordered more, and will continue to order. I feel young again.

Bottom line: Generally, this seems to be a well developed supplement containing several compounds that work synergistic-ally to support the body’s stress response.

Because, i’m feeling it in the short run, and I hope to feel a “bounce back” in terms of energy in the mid term. LEF is very solid, and this seems reasonably priced. I will note that I’m taking the maximum suggested dose of four capsules a day, so the supply lasts me only two weeks. So, i do plan to reorder and to give this a run of 6 weeks before considering going back to straight Sensoril.

Someone reco’d an adrenal remedy supplement to me for “stress”. I’d never even heard the word adrenal before so went to a heath food store and found this off the shelf; chose it because it was vegetarian, on sale and a clerk helped me compare the ingredients with the other adrenal products on the shelf. I thought it was all in my mind; it boosted my energy and focus.

So I tried another adrenal product and found my energy level drop, went back to this one and realized the difference was not all in my mind. Since its no longer available at the health food store on sale, I purchase it from Amazon.  By the way, i have more energy and can think with a clearer mind. Love this stuff. I will order again. Most importantly, it gives me energy with no crash.
